1. What BidDesk is
BidDesk arranges public information, such as company filings, results, promoter disclosures, bulk and block deals and index levels, in one place. All figures describe what has been filed or has happened.
2. What it is not
BidDesk is not registered with SEBI as a research analyst, investment adviser, stock broker or any other intermediary. Nothing on BidDesk is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, subscribe to, bid in or tender any security. SEBI’s grievance systems do not cover BidDesk’s services.
3. Your decisions
You alone are responsible for your investment and trading decisions. Speak to a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst if you want advice; registration can be checked on SEBI’s website.
4. Data
Data comes from public disclosures and may be delayed, incomplete or contain errors, including errors in reading documents. BidDesk links to the original filing wherever it can. Check the filing before you act.
5. AI
Some summaries and the voice readout are produced with AI tools from the filing text. They can be wrong. The filing is the authority.
6. No performance claims
BidDesk does not claim, and you should not infer, that using it will make money.
7. Trademarks
Exchange and index names identify where information comes from and belong to their owners. NSE, BSE, NIFTY, SENSEX, NSE Cogencis, Cogencis, WorkStation, CogMobile, iINVEST, Informist and Screener are trademarks of their respective owners. BidDesk is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by them or by SEBI.
8. Comparisons
The comparison on our home page names Cogencis and Screener. How we checked, and every source, is on How we compared.
9. Quant
Answers are simulated trades on past prices for a kind of filing. Simulated results are not actual trading and do not show what anyone will make. Paper trades place no order with any broker or exchange.
10. Wire
Figures are read from company filings and can be delayed or wrong. Check the filing before you act.
